Requirements for Precepting:

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Nursing or a Doctor of Medicine.
• Active and unencumbered board certified psychiatric mental health nurse      practitioner (PMHNP-BC) license or a licensed psychiatrist (MD).
• 1+ years of experience working as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist.
• A place of employment suitable to precept students in-person OR capability to precept students remotely.
• Commitment to mentoring and supporting students’ educational journeys.
