6. If the school does not approve of the preceptor or clinical site.
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

2. The student did not properly read the preceptor’s rotation details and description and chose a clinical preceptor or site that was deemed improper.
3. The student failed to review their university’s preceptor and clinical site requirements prior to requesting their clinical rotation.
4. The student’s preceptor or clinical site was not approved due to information that was available on the preceptor’s profile on PMHNP Preceptor’s website or shared by employees of PMHNP Preceptor. This includes but is not limited to location, clinical setting, patient count, scheduling, or clinical site hours.
5. The student is unable to adjust to their preceptor’s work schedule.
6. The student is unwilling to fulfill the clinical site requirements that were listed on the preceptor’s profile before reservation, such as vaccination requirements, background checks, masking, etc.
Clinical Site and Preceptor Abandonment:
It is considered abandonment if the student does not attend clinicals and ceases to have contact with their clinical preceptor for a period of 10 calendar days or more, and the preceptor has made 5 attempts to reach the student during the 10 calendar days. Once it is determined that a student has abandoned their chosen clinical/preceptor, PMHNP Preceptor reserves the right to relieve the preceptor of their duty, and no refunds will be issued to the student.
The above refund policies may be superseded by the PMHNP Preceptor team for special circumstances not listed above after an internal review. Please reach out to admin@pmhnppreceptor.com for more information about these policies.
